Our take on the classic was such a hit in Seoul, we had to bring it stateside for you to try: Korean-Style Fried Chick’n and Korean Gochujang Chick’n Bites + Fries have finally landed in all our U.S. Shacks! Inspired by our teams’ work and travels in South Korea and the incredible food scene there, this limited-time chicken sandwich features a spicy-sweet gochujang-glazed crispy chicken breast over our white kimchi slaw and toasted sesame seeds.

To make our slaw, we teamed up with Choi’s Kimchi Co., a family-run kimchi biz from Portland, Oregon, to use their tangy white kimchi. Kimchi is a seriously tasty staple of Korean cuisine made from salted, seasoned, and fermented veggies (ours includes Napa cabbage, daikon radish, and green onion)—and Choi’s is handcrafted using a small-batch process that’s been handed down over generations.
