Wake up early.

Do the hardest thing first.

Push your body.

Eat good food with fun people.

Cultivate relationships, they are your greatest assets.

Laugh with your kids and always tell them the truth.

Learn history, you will feel rich.

Don’t worry about things you can’t control, this includes ppl’s opinion of you - can’t fix stupid let them hate.

Avoid the stuff that makes you feel anxious or afraid. A great state is more about what you don’t do than what you do.

Don’t settle for second best which usually looks like the easy life. Better to go for it and fail than justify being average.

Rate yourself based on long term effort and progress, ignore everything else.
