Wherever I travel, I enjoy exploring all different sides of a destination. Especially when I am visiting a predominantly "luxury resort" vacation destination such as Tulum, Mexico. There is a stark difference between the luxury resorts featured on Tulum beach and how the locals actually live. In today's Tulum travel vlog, I show a bit more of one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Tulum called La Veleta. La Veleta is an up-and-coming neighbourhood that is a blend of locals and expats. It is quickly being gentrified but it gives you a good insight into what life is actually like for the people of Tulum.
