A lot of people are wondering if Xingqiu is good or not. I believe he's above average and not that OP. He does about half the damage as Keqing. I transferred all my artifacts and weapons to Xingqiu totaling 1,700 ATK. He is definitely not meant to be the main DPS like Diluc or Keqing. He will shine the most at Level 70 and when he is played as a support DPS used for his skills. Just swap him in and out of combat. You will lose a lot of damage if you have him out all the time.
