Brazil and Chelsea defender Thiago Silva spoke about his current time playing for the English side and said that he is "very proud to be coached" by Frank Lampard, "who has been one of the best midfielders in the world".

Silva revealed that, after he signed with Chelsea, Lampard sent him a photo of both greeting themselves before a friendly match between Brazil and England in 2013 at Estadio do Maracana in Rio de Janeiro.

Brazil will face Venezuela in Sao Paulo and then travels to Montevideo to face Uruguay at the double round of CONMEBOL World Cup Qualifiers.
